Our facility at the Institute of Plastic Surgery has been designed with your safety, comfort, and care in mind. We have an inviting reception area that welcomes patients from all over the country to consult with our board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Krishna S. Dash. Dr. Dash takes the time needed to examine your case and provide you with a custom treatment plan in a private consultation space.

I cannot say enough about dr dash. Fifteen years ago I walked into her practice, nervous about having a breast reduction. Nurse Shannon took care of some Botox needs. During our first meeting she did not make me feel rushed and she really took her time. She guessed my needs perfectly!
Next week she will be doing some Halo work on me and I’m excited to see the final results.

Rhonda Gillespie

As our Surgical Assistant at the Institute of Plastic Surgery, Rhonda specializes in assisting Dr. Krishna Dash in both office procedures and cosmetic surgeries. She has been a valued team member since 2023.

With over 37 years of experience in the surgical field and more than 15 years assisting in open-heart procedures, Rhonda excels at providing precise, dependable, and compassionate surgical support. She is recognized for her professionalism, technical knowledge, and devotion to upholding the highest level of patient safety and comfort.

Rhonda’s approach emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and compassionate care, ensuring every patient receives exceptional support before, during, and after surgery. She is particularly skilled in complex surgical preparation and intraoperative assistance.

Rhonda holds credentials as a Certified Surgical Technologist and continues to gain knowledge through training and collaboration within the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Outside of work, Rhonda enjoys traveling, bowling, and spending quality time with her family. Having visited more than 18 countries, she brings a global perspective and adventurous spirit to both her personal and professional life.

Kristen Paoli

As our Aesthetic and Surgical Nurse at the Institute of Plastic Surgery, Kristen specializes in assisting with surgical procedures and providing non-surgical aesthetic treatments that promote healing and enhance natural beauty. She has been a valued team member for more than four years.

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare and specialized training in laser and skin rejuvenation treatments, Kristen excels at combining clinical expertise with a compassionate approach. She is recognized for her precision, professionalism, and ability to help patients feel confident and at ease throughout their care journey.

Kristen’s approach emphasizes education, safety, and personalized treatment planning, ensuring every patient receives high-quality care and beautiful, natural results. She is particularly skilled in combining advanced laser therapies and skincare treatments to achieve comprehensive rejuvenation.

Kristen earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Colorado State University Pueblo and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Broward College. She remains at the forefront of the aesthetic industry through ongoing education in advanced aesthetic and surgical techniques.
Outside the office, Kristen enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring new destinations, and appreciating nature, especially near the water.

Lydia Ham

A graduate of Bellevue University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Lydia is recognized for her professionalism, warmth, and ability to cultivate meaningful connections. Sara Johnsen

Sara brings over nine years of specialized experience in aesthetic nursing. With advanced training in cosmetic injectables and medical-grade skincare, she delivers exceptional results in facial rejuvenation and skin health.

A graduate of Baylor University, where she is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP-FNP), Sara has built a reputation for her clinical expertise and patient-centered approach. Clients particularly value her ability to create natural, balanced results and her commitment to individualized, compassionate care.

Sara regularly pursues continuing education in emerging aesthetic techniques and regenerative treatments to provide clients with the most advanced and effective options available.
