As is evident from the front view, her breasts are quite large and heavy creating undue strain and pressure on her neck, back and shoulders. The breast are quite saggy. Her result shows an incredible reduction in the size. Breast reduction surgery also produces a lifting affect on the breast so they do not hang as low as they did previously. The after photos were taken 3 months after her surgery. As such, the scars are still quite noticeable but will improve significantly as they mature over the following year. They will eventually become much less noticeable although they will never completely disappear.
