Dash I knew I had found the surgeon for me not only because her knowledge of working with African American skin but because she listened to my desires and provided sound advice. From my first visit to my final post op visit the Staff were great and the facility was friendly and inviting. Let me just say Dr. Dash and her husband Dr. Rupesh Jain did an awesome job on my breast lift with implants and tummy tuck. I love my results!!!!! My friends and family were envious of the final outcome and my husband was enormously pleased!!! Total facial resurfacing - I have had horrible cystic acne from a very young age. I’m 32 and I still break out on occasion. It doesn’t help that I pick at it either, but the scars are awful. I’ve always been self conscious about my face. I decided to go and do something about it when I decided I wanted a breast lift/aug. Some light shows more of the depth of these rolling scar better than others. It has been 24 hours since my surgery and I look like Freddy Krueger. More to follow as the days progress. More

Breast lift with implants over the muscle 505cc - I have had fairly large breasts since high school. They were great and followed me everywhere. Then I went to college and gain the “freshmen 50” (yes 50, not 15) and they got quite large. Between yo-yo dieting, poor nutrition, and inconsistent exercising, they just look sad and deflated. Now that I’m 32, I have finally figured out how to feed myself and I’m stable enough that I’ve decided to go through with a breast augmentation. Going to the pre-op, I was told that because my nipples are basically at the equator, I’ll need a full on lift too. Awesome. Can’t wait to have THOSE scars. But whatever. My bewbs will look badass in clothes. But what was also very important to me is that I get big, fake looking boobs; definitely not going for the natural look. So I had this in mind when I went for my sizing appointment. I was like “hell yea! I want 800cc!” Gimme them tig ol bitties!” (Please note that I’m crazy and did up an entire power point and made a binder for the doctor and I’ll try to post that). And the nurse looked at me like I farted in a library. Ok, so my natural size is about a 36D (sunken in). So with the amount of breast tissue that I have, I wouldn’t be able to reach the steering wheel of my car because there would be a bunch of silicone in the way. This is not something I knew I would be dealing with. So! She had me try on 350cc first go around. Dear god, I had no idea that so little would make me look so much bigger. So we went here and there and ended up somewhere in between 450 and 550. The surgeon said that he’d make the call on the table. I’ll post an update of what I actually ended up with. Since I have so much tissue, the surgeon said we could go over the muscle. This is awesome because I would like a faster healing time and I love to lift weights. But again, he may have to make a different call based on what he unearths in my chest wall. To summarize... Dr Dash was amazing!!! I felt so comfortable from initial consultation through my final appointment after surgery. She was there for any concerns and I feel amazing!!! I was so nervous prior to breast lift surgery; but the pain was minimal and I am beyond thrilled with the results! More

I am wearing so many different beautiful tops, and spaghetti and halter tops that I would never have worn before. My breasts have wonderful symmetry and the nipples are at an exquisitely high point, fitting into a bikini top perfectly. 27, breast lift (no implants) and inner thigh lipo - Dr Dash is so friendly and personable!! She made me feel very at ease. Answered all my questions and even drew pictures. The ladies that work there are so helpful! When I found myself with more questions I just gave the office a ring and they answered them! More
