Extended Tummy Tuck and Liposuction of the Flanks in Colorado Springs, CO

This is a mid-30 year old patient that has a significant amount of residual fullness of the abdomen after having had children. She is looking to tighten the abdomen to resemble her pre-pregnancy appearance. She underwent an Extended Tummy Tuck with liposuction of the Flanks. The extended incision is longer then the regular tummy tuck to allow for removal of the excess skin on the sides. The after photos are 3 months after her surgery and they will improve significantly over the course of a year. The surgery removed about 5.6 pounds of skin and fat. However, she looks as though she lost more then 25 pounds. She looks amazing in clothing now without the fullness and protrusion in the midsection.
