35 years ago, I had breast implant surgery. Over the course of those years, my breasts had encapsulated causing my breasts to look totally abnormal and very hard to the touch. Fast forward, I needed them removed. Dr Jain was recommended and I couldn't be more pleased. He replaced my implants (both of which had ruptured, but I didn't know it) with the type of implant that much reduces the possibility of encapsulation and no chance of old-school rupture. The results are simply stunning. Soft, normal shaped and just the right size. The surgery was a bit complicated, but Dr. Jain's expertise was key in getting the results I wanted. Dr. Jain is gifted, and very attuned to the needs of the patient. He gave me a realistic description of what to expect and he delivered. His staff is wonderful--very attentive and supportive. I would like to share my experience with Dr. Rupesh Jain at the Institute of Plastic Surgery. I came to see Dr. Jain in regards to information about a fat transfer to my face and lips, as well as information about receiving dysport and fillers. I decided to schedule a consultation with him both because of his reviews but more importantly because he is a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon. Prior to my visit I filled out paperwork online regarding my medical history so that during my consultation with him he would be prepared to answer my many questions. I am an unusual case because I have an auto-immune disorder called Scleroderma. It can cause hardening and discoloration of the skin, thinning of the lips, shrinking of the opening of the mouth, and an over production of collagen to name a few of the effects of the disease. The above stated ailments are part of the reasons why I came to see him. My goal was to try and regain the Pre-Scleroderma appearance of my face since my diagnosis. During my first meeting with Dr. Jain, it was obvious that he had reviewed my medical history and was ready to discuss why I had searched out his services. He made me feel completely comfortable and not at all rushed. He listened to my concerns, and what my desired outcomes were. He explained clearly and in laymen’s terms what the reality of receiving those outcomes were. He told me what treatments would work best and why others would be either less effective or riskier to pursue. I was given up front costs and did not feel pressured at all to go for the more expensive procedures. I have been seeing Dr. Jain for quite some time now taking a step-by-step approach to achieving the results I desire with the least risk involved to my challenging health issue. I couldn’t be happier with results I have achieved thus far. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jain and his excellent care. His staff is top notch and his bedside manner is a rare blessing. I had saline implants about 14 years ago and one of them ruptured for an unknown reason. I had them replaced with silicone and couldn't be happier with the results. The blepharoplasty surgery results are exactly what I requested, very natural looking. My only complaint is I was told on the day of the surgery that she would not be working on the main area, the entire reason I reached out for help in the first place. When you have the IV and about to be wheeled back to the OR, it wasn't enough time to process or say anything. I was also seeking help for both upper arms. One was operated on and the other was not effective because of an implant, I was told she would do a touch up in the office for no charge. I was very thankful for that. I proceeded with the touch up on my arm and continued to wear the compression garments but they are still not as symmetrical as I had hoped for. It is a slight difference, but it is still obvious to me. I probably won't try attempting to get my after photos because of how ashamed and awkward I'm still feeling very self conscious of the areas. I was dreaming that I could be wearing tank tops and feel comfortable, sadly I still can not do that. Everyone's body is different so expecting results can definitely vary from person to person. Absolutely beautiful results - 35 years ago, I had breast implant surgery. Over the course of those years, my breasts had encapsulated causing my breasts to look totally abnormal and very hard to the touch. Fast forward, I needed them removed. Dr Jain was recommended and I couldn't be more pleased. He replaced my implants (both of which had ruptured, but I didn't know it) with the type of implant that much reduces the possibility of encapsulation and no chance of old-school rupture. The results are simply stunning. Naturally soft, normal shaped and just the right size. The surgery was a bit complicated, but Dr. Jain's expertise was key in getting the results I wanted. Dr. Jain is gifted, and very attuned to the needs of the patient. He gave me a realistic description of what to expect and he delivered. His staff is wonderful--very attentive and supportive. My breasts are perfectly symmetrical and natural. I had zero issues with the sutures, and my scars are now nicely faint. My recovery, however, involved painful burning that was intense for 2 months. During that time, I had days where I was tearful, could barely get through work and, despite trying, I just couldn't tolerate any activity that involved carrying items or extensive arm movement. The burning slowly improved over the next 4 months, so did my activity, and by month 8, I was completely pain-free.b Dr Dash was sympathetic, and I knew I just had to do the time. I wish now I would have medicated more and not tried to tough it out. I know everyone's experience is different, but if you're thinking about a BR, please acknowledge that this is serious surgery. Plan time to rest and care for yourself in honor of her good work. Know that you may have to cope with several weeks of pain, and medicate if you're okay with it. I’m 3 days post op from my BA and couldn’t have asked for a better physician to do my surgery. Dr. Dash and her staff were amazing. I was a little nervous going into my first consult, but everyone made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Dash throughly went over the different kinds of implants, case studies that have been done and answered every question that I had. She is very patient, kind and full of great knowledge. Dr. Dash is amazing! She is super smart and funny and did a great job on my breast reduction. Everything was explained well and pain was managed great. I looked at several surgeons and liked that she doesn't use drains (and apparently I didn't need them because everything went fine without). My neck and shoulder pain are virtually gone! 35 years ago, I had breast implant surgery. Over the course of those years, my breasts had encapsulated causing my breasts to look totally abnormal and very hard to the touch. Fast forward, I needed them removed. Dr Jain was recommended and I couldn't be more pleased. He replaced my implants (both of which had ruptured, but I didn't know it) with the type of implant that much reduces the possibility of encapsulation and no chance of old-school rupture. The results are simply stunning. Soft, normal shaped and just the right size. The surgery was a bit complicated, but Dr. Jain's expertise was key in getting the results I wanted. Dr. Jain is gifted, and very attuned to the needs of the patient. He gave me a realistic description of what to expect and he delivered. His staff is wonderful--very attentive and supportive. Total facial resurfacing - I have had horrible cystic acne from a very young age. I’m 32 and I still break out on occasion. It doesn’t help that I pick at it either, but the scars are awful. I’ve always been self conscious about my face. I decided to go and do something about it when I decided I wanted a breast lift/aug. Breast lift with implants over the muscle 505cc - I have had fairly large breasts since high school. They were great and followed me everywhere. Then I went to college and gain the “freshmen 50” (yes 50, not 15) and they got quite large. Between yo-yo dieting, poor nutrition, and inconsistent exercising, they just look sad and deflated. Now that I’m 32, I have finally figured out how to feed myself and I’m stable enough that I’ve decided to go through with a breast augmentation. Going to the pre-op, I was told that because my nipples are basically at the equator, I’ll need a full on lift too. Awesome. Can’t wait to have THOSE scars. But whatever. My bewbs will look badass in clothes. But what was also very important to me is that I get big, fake looking boobs; definitely not going for the natural look. So I had this in mind when I went for my sizing appointment. I was like “hell yea! I want 800cc!” Gimme them tig ol bitties!” (Please note that I’m crazy and did up an entire power point and made a binder for the doctor and I’ll try to post that). And the nurse looked at me like I farted in a library. Ok, so my natural size is about a 36D (sunken in). So with the amount of breast tissue that I have, I wouldn’t be able to reach the steering wheel of my car because there would be a bunch of silicone in the way. This is not something I knew I would be dealing with. So! She had me try on 350cc first go around. Dear god, I had no idea that so little would make me look so much bigger. So we went here and there and ended up somewhere in between 450 and 550. The surgeon said that he’d make the call on the table. I’ll post an update of what I actually ended up with. Since I have so much tissue, the surgeon said we could go over the muscle. This is awesome because I would like a faster healing time and I love to lift weights. But again, he may have to make a different call based on what he unearths in my chest wall. To summarize... My experience with Dr. Dash and her office was beyond what I expected and what I have experienced at other physician's offices. 30 years ago I had breast implants and recently fell and ruptured one of the implants. Dr. Jain is amazing! - Colorado Springs, CO - I couldn't be happier with my decision to do a breast augmentation with Dr. Jain. I first met Dr. Jain when my sister did a rhinoplasty with him. He was very pleasant and there's not an ounce of arrogance (that you run across with other doctors) in his demeanor. He is warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I was impressed by how informed he kept me during my sisters procedure so naturally I wanted to do a consult with him for breast augmentation. I called and his staff set an appointment immediately. He answered all of my questions during the consultation and sizing. As it turns out one of my breasts was going to need a slightly larger implant which made me nervous because I didn't see a difference. Lol. But he had me close my eyes and try to feel the difference in the implant sizes. You couldn't tell! It made me feel that much more confident in choosing Dr. Jain and putting my trust in him to do what's best for me while in surgery. I also liked the fact that his wife and partner Dr. Dash assists in his surgeries. You get a woman's opinion too! My surgery was easy. I assumed (from girlfriends who have had augmentations done) that recovery would be hard. But I felt good immediately after surgery and I was off the pain pills pretty quick. One thing I love is that my swelling was minimal compared to what I have seen. I never had the implants swell up to my collar bone but my nipples did get puffy which I hated. Dr. Jain Top Tier - Dr. Jain is the go-to plastic surgeon in Colorado. I have had my upper eyelids done...no more droopy eyelids or smeared eye shadow!...and visit on a regular basis for Botox and fillers Recently, I had my first BBL. I have found him to be extremely personable and very professional. He takes time to listen and he actually listens. I am in my late 60s and I trust him to continue to provide me with steady and consistently excellent health care in the future. I had Dr.Jain do my breast reduction in November 2016, and I highly recommend him!!! He answered any questions I had and always made me feel at ease. After my surgery, I called him in the middle of the night because I had such a bad migraine from my medicine and he not only answered his phone, but talked to me and gave me advice until I felt at ease. I am extremely pleased with my results and feel that he met every expectation I had. After breast feeding two children, my breasts were saggy, with my nipples nearly pointing downward. I've never really had perky breasts, even pre-children, and I've considered having a breast lift for many years. I'm a nurse, and am too aware of risks and complications from surgeries. But fortunately, working at a hospital, I had access to hearing about the best plastic surgeons out there. Dr. Rupesh Jain's name and reputable work were brought up on many occasions, so I decided to make an appointment with him. Dr. Jain allayed my fears, but was very honest and realistic about the procedure and results he anticipated. I decided to go forward with it, and I'm ecstatic that I did! Dr. Jain was definitely the best surgeon to do the work! The breast lift surgery and results surpassed my expectations! My pain was minimal and I only required Tylenol after arriving home from the surgical center. Dr. Jain made himself available to me throughout the recovery process, and his office staff members made the visits very pleasurable. After 3 months, my anchor scars are fading faster than I anticipated, and in certain lighting, I can't see them at all. I love the height of the breasts on my chest! I am wearing so many different beautiful tops, and spaghetti and halter tops that I would never have worn before. My breasts have wonderful symmetry and the nipples are at an exquisitely high point, fitting into a bikini top perfectly. I'm a small framed person and live a healthy active lifestyle. I HAD a good amount of loose skin on my abdomen from giant babies living in my little body. You ladies know what I'm talking about, my belly looked like a grumpy man's face. Welllll, not any more!!! I left my consultation knowing he was the one for me. He really took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and helped me decide on a size that was going to alleviate my physical symptoms but at the same time make my wide breasts look aesthetically pleasing and not flat. Post surgery, Dr Jain had amazing chairside manner. Where other offices may utilize nurses or PA's, I liked the fact that Dr. Jain saw me at every one of my follow up appointments as well as for the application of all my Embrace scar therapy treatments. Everything You Could Ever Hope For In One Plastic Surgeon! - I have been a patient of Dr. Jain's for several years after I sought out and received a glowing recommendation concerning him from a physician friend. I have ongoing maintenance for Botox and fillers and in 2015, Dr. Jain did my upper eyelids and I rediscovered the joys of eye make-up! Seriously, the surgery went wonderfully well and I've been told my eyes are my best feature. I'm in my 60s and I've found that his facial cleanser and moisturizer are simply perfection. I'm of East European ancestry so I have a lot of red pigment in my skin. The Neuvonce ReNeu Cleanse and the Recovery Complex are phenomenal products and lessen the redness in my skin. (My husband uses the same products and finds them to be very effective also!) 54 Year Old with the Best Breasts Ever! - Colorado Springs, CO - After breast feeding two children, my breasts were saggy, with my nipples nearly pointing downward. I've never really had perky breasts, even pre-children, and I've considered having a breast lift for many years. But, the more I wanted it and the closer I came to making the decision to have the actual procedure, the more I worried about every possible adverse event that could happen to me. My breasts changed tremendously after nursing my children. I was never large busted (34b) but I had "perfect" breasts and wearing a bra was optional. 47 Yrs Active C to D Cup Revision 445 Cc PIP Saline Replaced 695 HP Silicone - Hello, First of all thank you to all of you who write blogs, comments, day by day improvements etc.! This site was amazing for the photos of what I wanted to look like after surgery. I had my PIP Mentor implants first surgery February of 2001. The bags started to ripple and I wasn't comfortable with my look or the way they felt anymore. I went to my original surgeon in Colorado Springs, Dr. Speirs. What an amazing man/surgeon. He is closing his practice to accept the Chief of Plastic surgery at Ft. Carson. He will over see Breast reconstructive surgery! (My mother is a survivor of breast cancer. I cannot say enough good things about him and his staff!) they referred me to a fabulous PS couple Dr. Krishna Dash and her husband Dr. Jain in Colorado Sprongs CO. I went for my prop and my husband and I both fell in love with Dr. Dash! If anyone needs a wonderful PS in CO, they are the couple to see! 35yrs Old, 5'7 - 135lbs Mother of Two - Colorado Springs, CO - Just wanted to share my story. It is a little late in the game as I have already been scheduled for surgery, but here it is. Finally after 20+ years I have decided to get the TA TA's I have always dreamed of. I come from a family of very full figured women and I am the only one with over easy eggs. Honestly, my 13yr old daughter is larger than me. I currently wear around a 34B depending on the bra. It's time to feel more like a lady and less like an 8 year old girl. I had my first consult on January 16th and I was very pleased with my PS. In fact, after meeting with him I cancelled my other consults. I knew that I wanted him to do my BA. We scheduled my pre - op for the 20th of February. During the the pre-op I was sized and measured. PS answered all my questions and looked at my wish boobs. We have made a decision on 375cc. However, he is going to have 350cc and 400cc in the operating room to determine what is the best for my overall expectations. I am hoping for a full C or small D. Not sure yet on the HP or MP. My new me is scheduled for the 27th at noon. So I am 3 days out and totally freakin. I have wanted this for so long I am finding it slightly surreal. I am nervous of going under for the BA, and then what if I dont like them? OMG!!! This is so overwhelming. I have already filled my pain meds, picked up ice bags, ordered a pillow chair and arnica cream for bruising. Seriously, I need a Zanax. I have attached my wish boobs for now. I will attach the before and after pics once it is complete. More

The emergency room didn't want to attempt to repair my nose so went to Dr. Dash the next day. She was very upset with the emergency room and repaired my nose beautifully. She then came in on her day off to take out the stitches so that I wouldn't have to worry about trying to make it home and find another doctor in time to take them out without scaring worse. Thank you Dr. Dash! Its was so heartwarming to see a doctor who truly cares about people and is good at what she does! More

Mommy - After years of wanting to repair my tummy from having 5 kids I decided it was the right time. After reading the reviews I thought I would give the Institute of Plastic Surgery a look (it was really close to my job). The free consult pushed me to thinking "what do I have to waste." I set up the consult and I was BLOWN away! Dr Jain made me sooo comfortable! He went through everything that would occur gave me different prices for the various procedures I was interested in. So just a few days ago I went through w/ the tummy tuck, muscle (ab) repair, and a little lipo! It went GREAT!!! The office was always available. Dr Jain always answered all questions I had. I just had my post op today. It went fantastic. He obviously done an awesome job because I feel great! Much more better then I expected I would. Before the procedure, I came across a couple people that had work done there and they had the same thing to say. By far a MUCH better experience than what I was expecting. The Institute of Plastic Surgery is def an awesome place to have work done. Very professional, personable, and caring. Not only that but today they had purple flowers delivered to my house!!! Breast Implant Removal Surgery - After several years of discomfort I finally decided to remove my breast implants. I interviewed several doctors and decided to have Dr. Dash do my surgery. I saw her for two consultations; and she was genuinely sympethetic to the pain I was having to deal with, as well as my many concerns of having this kind of surgery. I never felt rushed or hurried at any of my appointments; and my appointments were always on time. My results are better then I expected, and I don't have any more pain. Dr. Dash called me at my home the night of my surgery to see how I was doing, and she also sent me a beautiful orchid. If ever I were to have any other plastic surgery done, I would choose her to do it, and would not hesitate to recommend her to my family and friends. More
