Mommy Makeover with Breast Augmentation, Breast Lift, Tummy Tuck & Liposuction

This is a patient in her early 40s who has lost about 80 pounds after gastric bypass surgery. She has also had children. She is now left with some of the issues associated with post-weight loss and post-pregnancy changes. There is a loss of volume of her breasts with loose, saggy skin. Her abdomen is quite loose with the excess skin hanging down below her pubic area. She chose to undergo a Mommy Makeover which entails surgery on the breast and abdomen to restore their pre-pregnancy, youthful appearance. She underwent a Breast Augmentation with 450cc implants, Breast Lift, Tummy Tuck and Liposuction of the Flanks. Her After photos are 3 months post-surgery therefore her scars are more noticeable. The scars have faded significantly over the following several months compared with these photos. Her breast are now fuller with the nipple being more centered on her breasts. The abdomen is now tighter then her pre-pregnancy figure.
