The results are amazing - no longer embarrassed of my nose - Dr. Jain and his staff are amazing! I was embarrassed of my nose for so long, but afraid of having rhinoplasty. I finally made the jump to go and have a consultation with Dr. Jain and he immediately made me feel comfortable, he’s incredibly easy to talk to and he makes the whole thing way less scary. Dr. Rupesh Jain is Outstanding! - I have been a patient of Dr. Jain and the Institute of Plastic Surgery for several years. When I decided to begin looking for a plastic surgeon, I scheduled several consultations with various surgeons in Colorado Springs. Everyone I spoke with was professional, but honestly, no one left me with the comfort I felt I needed when making, what were for me, extremely important decisions about changing my body. I then met Dr. Jain. He was not only incredibly professional but had the type of demeanor that instantly made me feel comfortable. Our initial consultation was no less than an hour. I had a lot of questions! He was patient, understood my reservations and took the time to explain all of my options in great detail. I left the office optimistic and finally ready to take the next step. Prior to surgery, he and his entire team ensured that I was comfortable with the decisions we made and that I was at ease. Post-surgery (multiple cosmetic procedures), I had numerous follow up appointments at the Institute and everyone on his team was nothing short of fantastic. I am always greeted by name and made to feel (this may sound cliché) like part of their family. They have made the entire process truly comfortable and the environment they create is so warm and welcoming. Absolutely beautiful results - 35 years ago, I had breast implant surgery. Over the course of those years, my breasts had encapsulated causing my breasts to look totally abnormal and very hard to the touch. Fast forward, I needed them removed. Dr Jain was recommended and I couldn't be more pleased. He replaced my implants (both of which had ruptured, but I didn't know it) with the type of implant that much reduces the possibility of encapsulation and no chance of old-school rupture. The results are simply stunning. Naturally soft, normal shaped and just the right size. The surgery was a bit complicated, but Dr. Jain's expertise was key in getting the results I wanted. Dr. Jain is gifted, and very attuned to the needs of the patient. He gave me a realistic description of what to expect and he delivered. His staff is wonderful--very attentive and supportive. Dr Dash is experienced and skilled, and it will all be worth it - I'm writing this 18 months post breast reduction surgery. I had it when I was 54 yrs old, 5'1 and 125 lbs. My result is outstanding. My breasts are perfectly symmetrical and natural. I had zero issues with the sutures, and my scars are now nicely faint. My recovery, however, involved painful burning that was intense for 2 months. During that time, I had days where I was tearful, could barely get through work and, despite trying, I just couldn't tolerate any activity that involved carrying items or extensive arm movement. The burning slowly improved over the next 4 months, so did my activity, and by month 8, I was completely pain-free.b Dr Dash was sympathetic, and I knew I just had to do the time. I wish now I would have medicated more and not tried to tough it out. I know everyone's experience is different, but if you're thinking about a BR, please acknowledge that this is serious surgery. Plan time to rest and care for yourself in honor of her good work. Know that you may have to cope with several weeks of pain, and medicate if you're okay with it. Total facial resurfacing - I have had horrible cystic acne from a very young age. I’m 32 and I still break out on occasion. It doesn’t help that I pick at it either, but the scars are awful. I’ve always been self conscious about my face. I decided to go and do something about it when I decided I wanted a breast lift/aug. Some light shows more of the depth of these rolling scar better than others. It has been 24 hours since my surgery and I look like Freddy Krueger. More to follow as the days progress. More

Breast lift with implants over the muscle 505cc - I have had fairly large breasts since high school. They were great and followed me everywhere. Then I went to college and gain the “freshmen 50” (yes 50, not 15) and they got quite large. Between yo-yo dieting, poor nutrition, and inconsistent exercising, they just look sad and deflated. Now that I’m 32, I have finally figured out how to feed myself and I’m stable enough that I’ve decided to go through with a breast augmentation. Going to the pre-op, I was told that because my nipples are basically at the equator, I’ll need a full on lift too. Awesome. Can’t wait to have THOSE scars. But whatever. My bewbs will look badass in clothes. But what was also very important to me is that I get big, fake looking boobs; definitely not going for the natural look. So I had this in mind when I went for my sizing appointment. I was like “hell yea! I want 800cc!” Gimme them tig ol bitties!” (Please note that I’m crazy and did up an entire power point and made a binder for the doctor and I’ll try to post that). And the nurse looked at me like I farted in a library. Ok, so my natural size is about a 36D (sunken in). So with the amount of breast tissue that I have, I wouldn’t be able to reach the steering wheel of my car because there would be a bunch of silicone in the way. This is not something I knew I would be dealing with. So! She had me try on 350cc first go around. Dear god, I had no idea that so little would make me look so much bigger. So we went here and there and ended up somewhere in between 450 and 550. The surgeon said that he’d make the call on the table. I’ll post an update of what I actually ended up with. Since I have so much tissue, the surgeon said we could go over the muscle. This is awesome because I would like a faster healing time and I love to lift weights. But again, he may have to make a different call based on what he unearths in my chest wall. To summarize... Surgery required removing the old implants and replacement with new ones. Dr. Dash did an excellent job and I'm extremely happy with the new me. More

Dr. Jain is very experienced, professional, and a very friendly and caring person. I had my earlobes repaired after stretching them to nearly 2 inches. Dr. Jain is amazing! - Colorado Springs, CO - I couldn't be happier with my decision to do a breast augmentation with Dr. Jain. I first met Dr. Jain when my sister did a rhinoplasty with him. He was very pleasant and there's not an ounce of arrogance (that you run across with other doctors) in his demeanor. He is warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I was impressed by how informed he kept me during my sisters procedure so naturally I wanted to do a consult with him for breast augmentation. I called and his staff set an appointment immediately. He answered all of my questions during the consultation and sizing. As it turns out one of my breasts was going to need a slightly larger implant which made me nervous because I didn't see a difference. Lol. But he had me close my eyes and try to feel the difference in the implant sizes. You couldn't tell! It made me feel that much more confident in choosing Dr. Jain and putting my trust in him to do what's best for me while in surgery. I also liked the fact that his wife and partner Dr. Dash assists in his surgeries. You get a woman's opinion too! My surgery was easy. I assumed (from girlfriends who have had augmentations done) that recovery would be hard. But I felt good immediately after surgery and I was off the pain pills pretty quick. One thing I love is that my swelling was minimal compared to what I have seen. I never had the implants swell up to my collar bone but my nipples did get puffy which I hated. However, I don't think that's avoidable. After healing, my chest looks so pretty and femine now. I never considered how much more confident that it would make me! More

I saw Dr. Jain for a breast reduction and he was AMAZING! I was very nervous the first time I met him but he made me feel at ease immediately. After breast feeding two children, my breasts were saggy, with my nipples nearly pointing downward. I've never really had perky breasts, even pre-children, and I've considered having a breast lift for many years. But, the more I wanted it and the closer I came to making the decision to have the actual procedure, the more I worried about every possible adverse event that could happen to me. I'm a nurse, and am too aware of risks and complications from surgeries. But fortunately, working at a hospital, I had access to hearing about the best plastic surgeons out there. Dr. Rupesh Jain's name and reputable work were brought up on many occasions, so I decided to make an appointment with him. Dr. Jain allayed my fears, but was very honest and realistic about the procedure and results he anticipated. I decided to go forward with it, and I'm ecstatic that I did! Dr. Jain was definitely the best surgeon to do the work! The breast lift surgery and results surpassed my expectations! My pain was minimal and I only required Tylenol after arriving home from the surgical center. Dr. Jain made himself available to me throughout the recovery process, and his office staff members made the visits very pleasurable. After 3 months, my anchor scars are fading faster than I anticipated, and in certain lighting, I can't see them at all. I love the height of the breasts on my chest! I am wearing so many different beautiful tops, and spaghetti and halter tops that I would never have worn before. I'm a small framed person and live a healthy active lifestyle. I HAD a good amount of loose skin on my abdomen from giant babies living in my little body. But I felt good immediately after surgery and I was off the pain pills pretty quick.One thing I love is that my swelling was minimal compared to what I have seen. He is closing his practice to accept the Chief of Plastic surgery at Ft. Carson. He will over see Breast reconstructive surgery! (My mother is a survivor of breast cancer. 35yrs Old, 5'7 - 135lbs Mother of Two - Colorado Springs, CO - Just wanted to share my story. It is a little late in the game as I have already been scheduled for surgery, but here it is. Finally after 20+ years I have decided to get the TA TA's I have always dreamed of. I come from a family of very full figured women and I am the only one with over easy eggs. Honestly, my 13yr old daughter is larger than me. I currently wear around a 34B depending on the bra. It's time to feel more like a lady and less like an 8 year old girl. I had my first consult on January 16th and I was very pleased with my PS. In fact, after meeting with him I cancelled my other consults. I knew that I wanted him to do my BA. We scheduled my pre - op for the 20th of February. During the the pre-op I was sized and measured. PS answered all my questions and looked at my wish boobs. We have made a decision on 375cc. However, he is going to have 350cc and 400cc in the operating room to determine what is the best for my overall expectations. I am hoping for a full C or small D. Not sure yet on the HP or MP. My new me is scheduled for the 27th at noon. So I am 3 days out and totally freakin. I have wanted this for so long I am finding it slightly surreal. I am nervous of going under for the BA, and then what if I dont like them? OMG!!! This is so overwhelming.
