Rhinoplasty, Chin Augmentation with a Silicone Implant and Neck Liposuction

This is a young patient that does not like her profile. Without addressing all these factors her result would have been suboptimal. She underwent reduction of the bump on the profile of the nose along with a refinement of her nose tip. This gave her a more "cute" nose. A chin implant was placed that improved the projection of her chin from the side profile. Finally, liposuction of the neck greatly improved the angle of her neck. The combination of the chin implant and the liposuction of her neck give the impression of a neck lift without actually tightening the neck skin.
