35 years ago, I had breast implant surgery. Over the course of those years, my breasts had encapsulated causing my breasts to look totally abnormal and very hard to the touch. Fast forward, I needed them removed. Dr Jain was recommended and I couldn't be more pleased. He replaced my implants (both of which had ruptured, but I didn't know it) with the type of implant that much reduces the possibility of encapsulation and no chance of old-school rupture. The results are simply stunning. Soft, normal shaped and just the right size. The surgery was a bit complicated, but Dr. Jain's expertise was key in getting the results I wanted. Dr. Jain is gifted, and very attuned to the needs of the patient. He gave me a realistic description of what to expect and he delivered. His staff is wonderful--very attentive and supportive. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend. More

I'm disappointed. I have given up trying to have my stomach flab gone. I will not respond even if you team replies. It doesn't matter anymore I was willing to pay out of pocket but I'm glad I was denied couldn't even make an appt for consult. Now I'm going to have it done outside the U.S..screw this. More

I would like to share my experience with Dr. Rupesh Jain at the Institute of Plastic Surgery. I came to see Dr. Jain in regards to information about a fat transfer to my face and lips, as well as information about receiving dysport and fillers. I decided to schedule a consultation with him both because of his reviews but more importantly because he is a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon. Prior to my visit I filled out paperwork online regarding my medical history so that during my consultation with him he would be prepared to answer my many questions. I am an unusual case because I have an auto-immune disorder called Scleroderma. It can cause hardening and discoloration of the skin, thinning of the lips, shrinking of the opening of the mouth, and an over production of collagen to name a few of the effects of the disease. The above stated ailments are part of the reasons why I came to see him. My goal was to try and regain the Pre-Scleroderma appearance of my face since my diagnosis. During my first meeting with Dr. Jain, it was obvious that he had reviewed my medical history and was ready to discuss why I had searched out his services. He made me feel completely comfortable and not at all rushed. He listened to my concerns, and what my desired outcomes were. He explained clearly and in laymen’s terms what the reality of receiving those outcomes were. He told me what treatments would work best and why others would be either less effective or riskier to pursue. I was given up front costs and did not feel pressured at all to go for the more expensive procedures. I have been seeing Dr. Jain for quite some time now taking a step-by-step approach to achieving the results I desire with the least risk involved to my challenging health issue. I couldn’t be happier with results I have achieved thus far. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jain and his excellent care. His staff is top notch and his bedside manner is a rare blessing. I would highly recommend Dr. Jain and the Institute of Plastic Surgery to anyone seeking specialized plastic surgery treatment. More

My surgery for explant and lift went quite well with excellent results. I would highly recommend him for cosmetic and or reconstructive surgery. He is very responsive to questions and calls. I did call him on a Friday evening and he returned my call immediately and saw me after hours in his office. I chose Dr. Jain's facility for the positive reviews and for the wide range of personal care offered. I have been coming to Dr. Jain's facility for 4 years now. I get excellent personal attention from the office staff, to the nursing staff to the doctor. They always take time to thoroughly explain procedures and answer all my questions. I feel safe, special and cared for. Dr. Jain has a warm "bedside manner" putting me always at ease. I totally trust him and his staff to conservatively recommend, at all times, the best plan for my skin care. Over the last 2.5 years I have fought and survived cancer. Dr. Jain and staff stood by me and encouraged/helped me look and feel better during and after the destructive effects of chemo. My first appointment was to see Dr. Jain. I was sixtynine and was looking at a face lift. When I left the office the face lift was off the table...replaced by a group of small procedures....the ultherapy was a dream. Pulling up my neck and adding collagen to my face. How exciting! Ashley was my technician and she is quite simply amazing. My time with her went by so incredibly fast. I will be returning for more of these treatments in the years to come. The blepharoplasty surgery results are exactly what I requested, very natural looking. I had a great office experience with the staff and Dr Dash, they are all very professional and kind during my entire experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new/better you. They will make you feel welcome like family at every appointment. And they even gave me a beautiful orchid to take home as a recovery gift. My review case is a little complicated going in because of my past medical history. Everyone is different and body image and self esteem is something I have struggled with for my whole life, even with diet and exercise due to medical reasons. I signed the consents after being examined at the consult and again at my pre-op and I was in high hopes I could finally get rid of this stubborn fat. My regret was maybe I should have not been so honest during the intake, even though Dr. Dash was looking out for me. My only complaint is I was told on the day of the surgery that she would not be working on the main area, the entire reason I reached out for help in the first place. When you have the IV and about to be wheeled back to the OR, it wasn't enough time to process or say anything. I was also seeking help for both upper arms. One was operated on and the other was not effective because of an implant, I was told she would do a touch up in the office for no charge. I was very thankful for that. I proceeded with the touch up on my arm and continued to wear the compression garments but they are still not as symmetrical as I had hoped for. Everyone is different and body image and self esteem is something I have struggled with for my whole life, even with diet and exercise due to medical reasons. I signed the consents after being examined at the consult and again at my pre-op and I was in high hopes I could finally get rid of this stubborn fat. My regret was maybe I should have not been so honest during the intake, even though Dr. Dash was looking out for me.My only complaint is I was told on the day of the surgery that she would not be working on the main area, the entire reason I reached out for help in the first place. When you have the IV and about to be wheeled back to the OR, it wasn't enough time to process or say anything. I was also seeking help for both upper arms. One was operated on and the other was not effective because of an implant, I was told she would do a touch up in the office for no charge. I was very thankful for that. I proceeded with the touch up on my arm and continued to wear the compression garments but they are still not as symmetrical as I had hoped for. 35 years ago, I had breast implant surgery. Over the course of those years, my breasts had encapsulated causing my breasts to look totally abnormal and very hard to the touch. Fast forward, I needed them removed. Dr Jain was recommended and I couldn't be more pleased. He replaced my implants (both of which had ruptured, but I didn't know it) with the type of implant that much reduces the possibility of encapsulation and no chance of old-school rupture. The results are simply stunning. Soft, normal shaped and just the right size. The surgery was a bit complicated, but Dr. Jain's expertise was key in getting the results I wanted.
